As a yoga teacher, I personally make it a point to meditate every single day. I genuinely think it’s a great practice for anyone to try, whether you deal with chronic bouts of anxiety or not.
Kim Kardashian has recently tweeted that she teamed up with Spotify to launch a brand new “Crystal Meditation” playlist full of good vibes.

Kim Kardashian is all about using crystals for healing lately, and she wants to share her passion for these precious gemstones with all of her fans.
The fact that a Kardashian is using her platform to bring awareness to meditation is nothing short of awesome.
Meditation is an incredibly powerful ancient practice that encourages mastery of the mind and non-attachment, and comes with a myriad of incredible benefits.
Including a daily meditation practice in your routine is proven to reduce overall stress, anxiety, and tension, and in the long run, it can help you effectively deal with difficult or uncomfortable situations.
Ever since Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in her Paris hotel back in October 2016, she’s been fairly open about the intense anxiety she’s dealt with in the months after the traumatic incident.
In fact, according to Huffington Post, Kardashian tried a meditation exercise during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians as a way to cope with some of the mental health issues she’s suffered since the robbery.
But Kim isn’t the only Kardashian who’s taught us a thing or two about the benefits of meditation.
During that same episode of KUWTK, Kardashian’s younger sister Kendall Jenner joined her in a little meditation session after the 22-year-old opened up about her struggles with sleep paralysis.
Jenner revealed that her anxiety was at an all-time high, and she was often too scared to fall asleep most nights. However, after bringing a few meditation teachers over to the house, Jenner said she “loved” the experience.
It’s A Worthy Playlist
While I tend to prefer silent meditations in my own practice, listening to Kim Kardashian’s new playlist while I worked today brought me a sense of serenity and peace that I didn’t realize I needed in the midst of my hectic schedule.
