Who Are You Really? Why Are You Here?

Who Are You Really? Why Are You Here?

So before society, your environment, told you otherwise? Who are you really?

The problem is we are all born into the world knowing what we love and when we are younger we have all of these amazing dreams.

Then when we grow up, negative seeds start to be planted into our subconscious mind that it may not happen for us- saying that certain passions are unrealistic. It may come from society or teachers, but that seed has resulted in a belief system that subconsciously thinks this is the truth.

The things we believe deep down are what drives our actions our feelings and self-confidence.

Imagine being told when you are younger, when you don’t know what is possible in the world and you are learning from people around you that “you should be more realistic, there isn’t enough money to be made in that passion, too many people are doing that.”

I was told, “Universities don’t really like those types of topics, you should choose subjects that are more academic.” Which made me believe that my passion for art, drama, and music was just something I had to do for fun and couldn’t be taken seriously.

So on a conscious level, you listen thinking people are trying to help you. But subconsciously you are developing that feeling and belief that you are not good enough to do something you love and that it is not possible for you.

So when you ask someone “what is your passion” they will instantly know it, but their mind will be clouded with thoughts and beliefs about this and write it off thinking that there is just not enough jobs and they should do something else instead which often leads to depression and suppression and just not enjoying life.

Leads to confusion, feeling lost, depressed, wondering “what is the meaning of my life, why am I here? What is my purpose.”

Your whole life is your purpose. You are enough, now, in the future and always have been. You have a right to do anything because you are here for a reason.

You haven’t been put here by accident, there is something greater than you that wants to be expressed through you to be spoken into the earth, a particular problem and contribution that only YOU can solve and until you figure it out you will constantly feel anxious and frustrated.

You are here now and once you are gone YOU ARE NEVER COMING BACK.

That is really it – there is ONE LIFE.

You have greatness within you, you have more ability than you could ever imagine.

Trust yourself and trust your heart, what other people tell you is their limitations, not yours. But no matter how many people tell you or how many things you can read to “believe in yourself” – it won’t work unless YOU believe it deep down.

How you define success and what you are capable will govern how you live your life. No one can tell you how to live your life but you. There is no right or wrong way, but to get to your truth you have to re-define those beliefs of what you think is possible for you and realize you are not the limits you have been told.

1.    Crush your limiting beliefs: Find out what is holding you back. Acknowledge and accept its not true so you can transform. “that’s an unhealthy program I’ve been given from my childhood, from my social mirror. I don’t like that ineffective script. I can change.”

2.    Courage: Set goals that scare you and take you out of your comfort zone, that make you trust yourself, this is the way to develop your belief.

3.    Develop confidence and create connections with people who won’t fill your mind with doubt. “OQP” Only quality people, look around and ask are the people making you feel good, or making you feel bad about yourself?

4.   Commit: don’t give up on the 1st hurdle. Ask, prepare and develop the belief that what you want is yours.  Fail your way to success – it is normal, learn and move forward.

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” – Albert Einstein

Repetition = BELIEF. Keep repeating to yourself “No matter how hard it is, how bad it gets, I’m going to make it.”  (Les Brown)

The moment you start to believe what you want can happen for you, you can begin to develop and imagine things happen for you which results in actions, plans, and circumstances becoming a reality.

Live your truth, move towards the core of who you are. By you living your truth, you give other people hope.
